DATE OF LAST REVISION: August 9, 2016
We understand and respect your desire for privacy. To that end, we would like you to know how we use the information that you provide to us. This privacy policy ("Privacy Policy") applies to information collected by Direct Approach Solutions, LLC and its affiliates (collectively, 'us', 'we', 'Direct Approach', "DA Solutions" or 'DAS') via our website located at http://www.directapproachsolutions.com, and its affiliate sites, subdomains, mobile version(s), and any associated applications that are owned and/or operated by us (collectively, the "Site"). This Privacy Policy will outline our privacy practices, including how we collect and utilize information obtained from visitors and users of the Site. It also describes the choices available to you regarding our use of your information and how you can opt-out of having your information collected. By using or accessing the Site, you consent to the terms of this Privacy Policy. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY YOU MAY NOT ACCESS OR OTHERWISE USE THE SITE.
Information Collection
The Site provides a targeted-service which matches job candidates ("Candidates") with potential employers. To those ends, we may collect Personally Identifiable Information ("PII") that you voluntarily submit to us when you register for the Site. This PII may include, without limitation, your name, zip code, phone number, email address, employment history (including resume), salary range and employment preferences.
Although employers can submit credit card or other payment card information to pay for a service through the Site, the Site does not receive this information itself. Payment card information is transmitted directly to a third-party payment card processor, Stripe. Stripe then communicates to Direct Approach whether your payment has cleared, but does not provide credit or payment card information to Direct Approach. Stripe's privacy policy is available at https://stripe.com/us/privacy/.
When you visit the Site, the Site may automatically collect certain non-Personally Identifiable Information ("Non-PII") about you, such as the type of browser or device operating system you use, the domain name of the website from which you linked to us, the amount of time you spend on the Site and the pages on the Site that you view. Please note that we may also use third party service providers, such as Google Analytics to help operate and provide services in connection with our Site and these third party service providers will collect Non-PII from our Site as well.
Information Usage
We will only use your PII as described below, unless you have specifically consented to another type of use, either at the time the PII is collected from you or through some other form of consent from you or notification to you. We do not sell your PII to third parties or mass marketers.
- We may use your PII to contact and correspond with you and/or respond to your inquiries.
- We collect PII from the Site to selectively match users with employment opportunities. By submitting your PII to the Site, you consent to allow us to transmit your PII to employers, recruiters and staffing firms, who we, in our sole judgment, determine to be a potential match. For example, when you submit a resume or job application through the Site, we may share those documents with potential employers who we determine could be a potential match. In addition, once a company has registered for the Site, the company will have access to the Candidates database, which includes your resume and e-mail address. We may from time to time notify companies of potential Candidates but we will not know which company has contacted which Candidate.
We may disclose your information, including your PII, to our technical consultants, third party auditors - and other third parties who make our Site available or enhance its functionality and who are providing services on our behalf.
- If you submit content for publication, we may publish your name and any other information submitted by you.
Please note that we reserve the right to and may disclose PII about you in response to (a) requests from local, state or federal law enforcement officials; (b) any judicial, administrative or similar proceeding or order, such as subpoena; (c) if required by law; or (d) to investigate suspected fraud, harassment, physical threats, or other violations of any law, rule or regulation, the Site rules or policies, or the rights of third parties or to investigate any suspected conduct which we deem improper.
In developing our business, we might sell certain assets, or the company, or parts of it, may be sold, merged or otherwise transferred. In such transactions, user information, whether PII or otherwise, may be one of the transferred assets.
We use the Non-PII we collect through our Site for a variety of purposes, including to analyze interactions with and performance of our Site and to customize and improve the member experience.
Policy for Minors
This Site is intended for users who are the age of majority in their state of residence. This means you must be at least 18 years of age and older in most states, except for Alabama and Nebraska, where you must be at least 19 years of age, and Mississippi, where you must be at least 21 years of age. No information should be submitted to the Site by any minor. Unless otherwise disclosed during collection, we do not knowingly provide any PII about minors, regardless of its source, to third parties, nor is this information knowingly used by us for any marketing. If we are made aware that we have received such information, or any information in violation of our Privacy Policy, we will use reasonable efforts to locate and remove that information from our records.

Clickstream
As you use the Internet, a trail of electronic information is left at each website you visit. This information, which is sometimes referred to as 'clickstream data,' can be collected and stored by a website's server. Clickstream data can tell us the type of computer and browsing software you use and the address of the website from which you linked to the Site. We may collect and use clickstream data to anonymously determine how much time visitors spend on each page of our Site, how visitors navigate throughout the Site and how we may tailor our web pages to better meet the needs of visitors. This information will be used to improve our Site and our services. Any collection or use of clickstream data will be anonymous, and will not intentionally contain any PII.

We have undertaken and will undertake commercially reasonable efforts to prevent unauthorized Internet access to user data retained in our servers, however, due to the inherent open nature of the Internet, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information provided online. Thus, while we strive to protect your PII, we cannot absolutely guarantee the security of any information you provide to us.
We retain your PII, if provided by you through the Site, for as long as your membership is active (as determined by us) and for a reasonable time thereafter, or if applicable, for as long as you remain on our marketing list. You may terminate your membership ('Membership') at any time, for any reason, by following the instructions on the Site, and/or sending an email with the subject title "Membership Cancellation" to support@directapproachsolutions.com.
We also may retain your PII for a longer period of time as needed to provide you services or as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce our agreements. Even if we delete some or all of your PII, we may continue to retain and use aggregate or anonymous data previously collected and/or anonymize or aggregate your PII. Please note that we will not be liable for disclosures of your data due to errors or unauthorized acts of third parties.
Links To Other Sites
As a convenience to you, we may provide links to third party websites from within the Site. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of these third party sites, and by providing a link we are not endorsing or promoting such third party sites. While we may provide you with the ability to use such services in connection with our Site, we are doing so merely as an accommodation and, like you, are relying upon those third party services to operate properly and fairly.
You should be aware that PII which you voluntarily include and transmit online in a publicly accessible blog, social network or otherwise online may be viewed and used by others. We are unable to control such uses of your personally identifiable information, and by using such services you assume the risk that the PII provided by you may be viewed and used by third parties.
Purchase of Supplemental Services from the Site
If you purchase a supplemental service from the Site, information may be collected from you, including your credit card and contact information, for transfer to and use by our third-party payment card processor, Stripe, and/or third party providers of the service. Unless otherwise stated, we do not have any responsibility in connection with such purchases and all transactions and use of any customer information are the sole responsibility of the payment card processor and/or the service provider. Be sure to review the payment card processor and/or the product/service provider's privacy policy and contact them directly if you have any questions. They may have privacy terms that differ from our Privacy Policy.
Policy Modifications
We reserve the right, at our discretion, to modify, add, or remove portions from this Privacy Policy at any time. However, if at any time in the future we plan to use any data in a way that materially differs from this Privacy Policy, we will post such changes here. We encourage you to periodically review the Site for the latest information on our privacy practices. Such changes or updates are effective immediately after we give notice of the change or update, which we may do by revising the 'Last Updated' or "Effective" date of this Privacy Policy.
